• All quotes and pricing are provided directly by service providers, not by I Know Someone For That
• You are not obligated to accept any quote or hire any provider

5. Service Provider Terms

Service providers who join our network agree to:

• Maintain appropriate licenses, insurance, and certifications required by South African law
• Provide accurate information about their services and qualifications
• Respond professionally to quote requests
• Follow Lekker Network's provider terms
• Resolve any disputes with customers directly

6. Verification and Quality

Providers are Lekkerpreneurs on Lekker Network who opt into Instant Match. This website does not guarantee the quality of work, pricing, or conduct of individual providers. Confirm what the job requires before you hire anyone.

7. Limitation of Liability

I Know Someone For That and Lekker Network:

• Are not liable for the actions, work quality, or conduct of service providers
• Do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform
• Are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of our services
• Make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of information on the site
• Are not liable for disputes between customers and service providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you (if any) for using our services.

8. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for local pro work is determined by and paid directly to the service providers. I Know Someone For That does not collect payment for that work. Service providers may charge fees according to their own pricing structures.
